SnapRendezvous may sound like an exotic, French dating site, but I promise you it is nothing exotic or French. Instead, this site is the same as many of the other “Snap” sites out there, a great big scam.
Don’t let the meaning of rendezvous fool you, there will be no meeting up in your future if you join this dating site.
Do you not believe me? Well, read this and you’ll learn all that you need to know.
SnapRendezvous Overview
This overview/report explains everything that you need to know about SnapRendezvous. I’ve been researching things and this is what you need to understand about this so-called dating platform.
TLDR; It’s fake and sucks…
SnapRendezvous and Group Companies
SnapRendezvous is a site that operates with a group of companies, or parent companies, that are known for being deceitful. If you stumble across these types of sites, you will see that they have very similar templates, formatting, and documentation on their sites. Really, all they do is change their site name and keep everything else generally the same.
These parent companies claim that this offers you, the member, a better experience, but we know that is not true at all.
Activity Alerts
SnapRendezvous utilizes pop-ups to make the site appear busy. These “activity alerts” are supposed members who happen to be sexy, horny, and ready for action. Nevermind that you didn’t even fill out a complete profile yet, they are just raring to go.
You will instantly, upon joining, receive these messages from sexy women either as inbox messages or SMS messages. Their messages are not legit, they are just promotional messages used to encourage lower-level members to upgrade to a higher membership level. Yep, these are just money-making schemes that are either bots or staff of the parent company trying to get you to dish out more money and if you want to respond to these messages, you will have to upgrade.
Date Boosters
Another way that SnapRendezvous tries to pry your money from your wallet is with something they call Date Boosters. These are like a dating site support system that supposedly helps you to improve your chances of finding a date on their site and the other sites that the parent company operates.
But remember, these are all the same membership base. That means you have no more chance of getting a date if you purchase these booster packs or not.
The only thing you are promised is much less money in your bank account as you are now a member of three fraudulent sites at $19.99 per month per site. And if you forget to cancel this, you will be charged these fees automatically. I really recommend that you think long and hard about using this site bonus.
Price Tag
Joining SnapRendezvous.com is free, just like all other dating sites. But if you want to be able to talk to people (if you can find anyone real on these sites), you will have to pay.
The membership price levels are as follows:
- Three-day trial-$4.07
- One-month membership-$35.64
- Three-month membership-$59.97
- Six-month membership-$93.86
Verdict
I’ve joined many dating sites and I’ve seen all the games that the fraud sites like to play. SnapRendezvous is yet another scam site in a growing list of sites looking to benefit from the loneliness and horniness of its members. From their shady parent company to the nickel and diming over all of the site extras, and fake profiles sending automated promotional messaging, SnapRendezvous is just another dodgy dating site you would be best to avoid.
