Sometimes, all we need is a good icebreaker to get comfortable with talking to someone you’re interested in romantically. WetHunt takes advantage of your awkwardness by offering you an Icebreaker option to make that first discussion a little bit easier. While that may seem like a great thing, the truth of the matter is that this site is nothing but a sham.
WetHunt Site Rundown – What You Need To Know
Using Wethunt.com is not all it’s cracked up to be. I’m sharing everything I know about this site and what you must consider if you’re thinking about joining WetHunt. Trust me, it’s worse than all of those that I use. In fact, this network is not even comparable, really.
The Terms and Conditions
Wethunt makes no bones about the fact that they’re ripping off their members. In fact, everything they do is listed plainly in their Terms and Conditions. What they bank on is the fact that almost nobody takes the time to read that long and boring stuff. Admit it, you’ve probably never read any of those for any dating site you’ve joined. You get all excited and click join and don’t look at what you’re paying for. With WetHunt.com, that is a big mistake.
Fake Profiles and Icebreakers
WetHunt appears to be bustling with member activity. In fact, once you join, you’ll be hit with a hot girl after hot girl ready to chat with you. Isn’t it a touch strange how they found you so quickly?
That’s because they aren’t really hot girls. WetHunt is another site that uses fake profiles run by the dating site’s staff to try and engage its users and get them to buy upgraded memberships and pay for extras across the site. These are completely made up profiles of fake pictures and you have absolutely no chance of meeting these hot women.
Even with a bare minimum profile, with very little personal information, you will get hit with instant messages from sexy women who are interested. I don’t know about you, but that comes across as very odd. It is completely obvious that these are fake messages from staff profiles.
To top it off, these staff profiles will send out what they call “Icebreakers” automatically. All these messages are, though, are computer-generated content and it makes the site seem like Wethunt is super busy. In reality, it isn’t. These are just messages sent out by an automatic algorithm and have no rhyme or reason.
The Terms and Conditions even state that you might get the same messages repeatedly and that the owners of Wethunt are under no obligation to stop sending these messages to its members. If you feel that a message is fake (it probably is, trust me), Wethunt does state that you can contact them, and they will let you know. I don’t know if I trust that, though.
Final Thoughts
Wethunt is a site that I would really tell anyone to stay far away from. It is nothing but fake profiles, poor quality automatic messages, and staff disguised as other members trying to get you to spend your money on an upgraded membership. You won’t find one legitimate date and you certainly aren’t going to get lucky.
All you’ll just end up with is a headache, a much lighter wallet, and huge amounts of frustration. Instead, focus on one or two of the hundreds of legit dating sites out there. You’ll really thank me!
